Still, I kept having to double-check everything because the process felt a little annoying, it was annoying more than once. The bill was right, but the experience around it could’ve been smoother...

Support actually got my issue sorted really quickly, with no annoying back and forth. Happy with how smooth it was.

I’ve been using Nuuly for a few months now, the recommendations are usually solid. The more I save and rent, the more it seems to figure out my style, which is both helpful and slightly concerning in a “does this app know me better than I know myself?” kind of way. Every now and then it suggests something I would absolutely never wear unless I lost a bet, but then it’ll also show me a cute piece I never would’ve searched for on my own. I’m giving it 4 stars because the sizing suggestions can be a little hit or miss, but overall the personalization makes browsing way easier.

The app itself is really easy to use, which I appreciate. But the website does load slowly sometimes, companies should make sure the basics work smoothly if they’re expecting people to rely on their service. It’s not a huge deal, but it can be frustrating when you’re just trying to get something done.

I’ve rented a few boxes now, and I’ve gotta say, the clothes always feel nice, not cheap or worn out at all. A few pieces surprised me with how good they looked and felt. It’s been a really good experience so far.

I actually found some really cute pieces in my size, which made me happy because that doesn’t always happen. I just wish the stuff I like didn’t sell out so fast, because I’d love to have more options available when I’m ready to shop.

I’ve rented from Nuuly a few times now, and for the most part the sizing has been reliable. Most of the brands fit how I’d normally expect them to, and I always read the reviews because somehow strangers know my size better than I do. I did get one dress that was listed as my size but felt weirdly tiny, so it’s definitely not perfect. But since that only happened once, I feel like the sizing is mostly good overall.

The box showed up clean and the clothes were wrapped nicely, so I’ll give them that. One of the bags was kind of crumpled though, which was a little annoying because you’d think that part would be handled better. Luckily nothing was actually damaged, but still, I did notice it

I usually use nuuly when I’m hunting for something specific before a trip, wedding, dinner, or whatever event I’ve convinced myself needs a whole new outfit. The filters are super helpful, especially for size, occasion, color, and brand, and they save me from falling into a black hole of scrolling.
The search can be a little dramatic sometimes, though. If I type in something too specific, it doesn’t always bring up what I had in mind, so I’ll end up clicking around and browsing anyway like I’m on some tiny fashion treasure hunt.

That said, it’s still easy to narrow things down and find cute pieces without spending the rest of my natural life scrolling. It’s not perfect, but it works better than a lot of clothing sites I’ve used...

Most of my pieces came back clean and looking really nice. One sweater had a bit of pilling, but nothing too terrible. I reached out and support basically said something like, “That can happen with softer knits, but it shouldn’t affect the wear,” which felt fair. Overall, I’m happy with how everything turned out

One of the items was missing from my Nuuly order, so I hit up support. They got back to me way faster than I thought and handled it without making me go back and forth a ton, which was clutch. Dropping one star because yeah, it was still kinda annoying to deal with, but overall their help was solid.
